I have to admit, I was kind of dreading this week. Looking at my schedule and everything I had to get done this week, I thought for sure it would be crazy and unmanageable with a biology exam, an essay to work on, a meeting, and regular homework assignments. It was quite the opposite, however.
On Wednesday night we had our first meeting (and pizza party) for education majors. We sort of elaborated on things that my Learning and Teaching Strategies class had discussed, and there was a lot of enthusiasm with the idea of starting the education club again, which was super exciting! I also had my third trip to Barre Town Middle and Elementary School on Wednesday for my practicum, or "active observation," which has been going great as well.
Thursday I had my second biology exam. I was super nervous for it, especially since Professor Kunkel had said it was one of the hardest exams she gave. I feel like it went pretty well, but the waiting to get my grade back is killing me.
So I guess for what I thought would be a stressful week, it wasn't that bad but I'm definitely glad it's the weekend. And Parents weekend! My mom and sister will be tomorrow afternoon. I can't wait to see them! :)
