So the title of this post has got a lot to do with my hard week. My week has been pretty bad for a multiple of reasons and for some reason I felt like things just kept getting worse and I felt so alone. So this post is going to be about overcoming the obstacles life gives you. So here are a few steps that can help you:
Step 1: Always express your emotions.
This can be very hard because you are afraid of judgement from others but expressing how you feel can help you feel better and you can get advice from your friends or family. Being afraid to tell someone should never prevent you from being happy.
Step 2: Stay around people who care.
Staying around your friends can be easy but after something dramatic happens in your life, some friends become toxic friends and you don't need them in your life. Family will always be there no matter what happens.
Step 3: Do things that make you happy.
Taking the time to do things in life can be hard because there are always obligations to do something else for someone else but sometimes it is better to take some time to yourself and do what makes you happy. That could be a variety of things but just do it to relax and better yourself in the long run.
Step 4: Eat healthy and BE HAPPY
The healthier you eat the better you feel, so my last piece of advice is to eat healthy and enjoy the small things in life. Enjoy whatever you can find that makes you happy.
