Keeping track of your team and their gear as well as providing accurate and understandable instructions is key. The greatest challenge I faced today was keeping my team together, calm, and collected. While it is hot out and your team is under a lot of stress, it is essential for the team leader to motivate them and keep them on task. I would use the lessons I learned today to be the best leader I can. If I am responsible for a group, I will lookout for my group and keep them motivated as well as keep them in check as we work together on tasks and objectives. The most valuable lesson I learned today is that you can keep a team motivated if you can delegate jobs efficiently or by acknowledging things your team has done correctly. The greatest challenge I faced today was keeping everyone together, because some people wanted to run to the next test site even though I knew we had to take our time and get there together as a team. I will use the skills I learned today to better delegate a task as a leader, this way the team will be more efficient. The activity I had the most fun with today was the air rifle test because I was told I scored the highest points out of anyone.
