Is college as scary as everyone says?

I wish I counted how many times I have got asked if college was scary, but I don't think it would be possible to keep track. I get asked if college is scary very often, and my answer is at first it is but it goes away. Applying to college is very nerve-wracking because you want to make sure the college you choose is the right fit for you. When the days get closer for you to arrive on campus, it is scary. You get emotions of happiness but you're also feeling a little scared. New things are scary but if your dreams don't scare you then they're not big enough. How to survive finals!

We all know final are stressful and crazy. Here are a few things to help you survive finals week. The most important thing is to get the proper amount of sleep. Sleep is very important important for many aspects of brain function. Sleep deprivation affects the ability to concentrate, memorize, productivity and your performance. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night has been proven to improve on skill solving, and enhances memory. Getting enough sleep is important every single night but more importantly during finals week. People often think they should pull all nighters and study the night before an exam.
