For many of you reading this, you are going into your first week of finals in your college career. For others of you, this may just be another week. No matter who you are it is always a stressful time of year. Personally, for me, there are three rules I try to follow. Those being, have a support system, maintain your physical health, and find something to look forward to. For my support system, I have my boyfriend, friends, and family close by a helping me along the way. With that said, that is not what your group has to consist of it is just important to have a solid support system no matter what it may be. When I say maintain physical health I don’t mean going to the gym or going on a diet. I just mean focusing on making sure you don’t skip meals, you don’t wait till the last minute for something quick, and you don’t skip out on the water. Finally, finding something to look forward too, that may be the easiest one to do. At this time of year, we all know that wonderful month-long Christmas break is coming and we just can’t wait. Use it for those times you just want to stop working or you're so tired you can’t think. Just remember it is the last challenge before your relief.
