This is probably going to be my last post of the year, but I'd like to leave off with some closing thoughts. I've really tried to write about what people don't tell you about college, and I hope you've found some things to be helpful. I've come to realize that there's no real solid advice that I can give, as things are different for everyone and maybe my opinion doesn't match yours. In general, however, I've been very thankful for my year at Norwich. From being committed to another college to going here on a last minute whim without touring or anything, I think things have gone surprisingly well. I've met some incredible people that I never otherwise would've met. I can't imagine not knowing my roommate, and I'm so glad I have someone that I enjoy spending time with so much that we're going to room with next year. I've also had some incredible memories that could happen nowhere else but Norwich University. I think that I can truly say Norwich is all about what you make of it, and I've for sure made the best. It's hard to imagine myself anywhere else now, and I am thankful that I made this choice. I'm incredibly thankful for all the staff here as well, always willing to help and keeping the students best interests at heart. Although there have been some low lows, I'm thankful for the real highs that there have been, and I can't wait to see what else is in store for my next 3 years.
