One of the hardest things that students can come by is returning back to the strict routine of coursework after a month-long winter break of leniency! Thankfully, the first week of classes, often referred to as, "Syllabus Week" gives students a way to ease back into the demands of their major.
Unlike some, I was eager to return back for the simple reason of returning back to a structured routine. From my own standpoint, I see myself thriving in an environment with strict guidelines, structure and (lots) of busywork!
As I have mentioned in previous blog posts, I am taking a total of 17 credits this semester, with coursework in:
- Introductory Microbiology
- Client/Psychological Mental Health Problems (lecture + clinical)
- Simulation for Nursing Practice (lecture + lab)
- Pathopharmacology for Nurses
In addition to my coursework, I am continuing with my Non-Work Study job of a Peer Tutor and I remain a member of the Civilian Student Orientation Staff! I have applied for a couple of unique opportunities that I look forward to sharing with you all as I hear more details. In future blogs, I plan to discuss organization tips for success in addition to time management! If you have any questions or any future post requests, please don't hesitate to reach out!
