I love your suggestions! Exactly what I would instruct my daughter in. In addition to that, I would suggest every 45 minutes of study time to be broken up with getting up and doing some form of exercise (even floor exercises if walking around the halls for a few rigorous laps is too intimidating). Because, after all, "Prolonged sitting time is associated with premature cardiovascular and all-cause mortality, independent of leisure-time physical activity and adiposity" ( Keep up the good work!
