As crazy (and early) as it may sound, it is nearing the time for spring course registration! I wanted to take a moment to run through the process of course registration.
Around this time of year, your academic advisor (typically a professor or adjunct faculty member in your major) will reach out to you requesting a meeting. In this meeting, they'll review your midterm grades, expected outcomes of the semester, courses that you are expected to take/want to take, and any additional questions you might have for them. In past years, they would give you a login key to register for classes when the time comes, but this year it's a much more seamless all-day process.
This coming semester, here are the courses that are on the curriculum for the nursing major:
NR321: Nursing Leadership
NR331: Care of Women and Childbearing Family (OB)
NR331: Care of Women and Childbearing Family Practical (Clinical at the Hospital)
NR341: Care of Children/Child Rearing (Pediatrics)
NR341L: Care of Children/Child Rearing Practical (Clinical at the Hospital)
Additionally, I have to fulfill the last course of my Biology minor. So I will also be taking;
BI102: Biology II
BI102L: Biology II Lab
Looks like a busy semester ahead if you ask me!
