There was a time where I somewhat loathed being in an online class. As a person that took a multitude of online classes back in high school, I didn't see the appeal of working online when you had the opportunity to do it in person. Then again I was using the online classes to graduate early, but I still didn't like the approach. At a certain point, I saw the internet as an opportunity for people to find different things not related to school.
But now, COVID has hit, and I actually see the appeal in online classes. I enjoy working with teachers online since I don't have to leave the security of my room. I just wake up, do my usual business, then turn on my laptop and I'm in class. It helps not having to leave, since some people aren't always ready for that. And not to mention, it feels more professional in a sense. You work with others, they expect something from you, you deliver, and we go on our merry way.
But still, would like a return to normalcy soon.
