As I grow older, I feel less of a need for an online identity. Facebook. Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, I have walked away from many of these in hopes of simplifying my life. I just always feel as if there’s something to read, something to learn, something to spend time on. Having an online identity makes me feel as if I needed to involve myself in things that didn’t matter. Walking away from these apps slowly is realizing allowing myself to understand the person I want to be, and as of right now, I have many goals I want to achieve in life. Getting rid of distractions and things that don’t matter will allow me that freedom to pursue my hopes and dreams.
