Hello everyone! I wanted to update you all on the civilian housing lottery we had a few days ago. My roommate and I ended up with the best number of 234, which proved to be a decent number but not ideal. We would have liked to be on a higher floor, but it is what it is. We are still happy we got some flexibility and can be close to some friends. For those of you wondering, students in the Corps cannot enter a housing lottery as their room assignments are chosen for them. For those civilians that participated, I hope you all got a decent room and are excited for the coming year!
Just heard from a teacher that we currently have zero cases on campus. If that is true, amazing job everyone! We're back to normal and I'm glad we were able to make it happen. Not everyone was here to see it happen, and I'm sure we wouldn't see it this fast if everyone was here, but I'm still glad we finally reached it. Now we can return to normalcy, and with the COVID vaccine expected soon, we could perhaps see a return to regular life faster than expected. May we continue this process, and may life continue hitting the positives!
