Frisbee Tournament

Hello everyone! If you have been keeping up with my blogs, you might know that I am on the ultimate frisbee team. Over the weekend we had our first and last tournament of the spring semester. We played three teams and lost every game, but my friends and I still had a lot of fun. It was snowing in the morning and then warmed up in the middle of the day. Overall, we had a great day aside from shivering for most of it. If you are considering going to Norwich next year, I highly encourage you to look into joining some clubs. I was hesitant to join the ultimate frisbee team, but after trying it out I realized that I actually enjoyed it. Snow, Snow, and More Snow

Hello everyone! As a sophomore, I'm allowed to have a car on campus. Being a nursing major too, I need to have a car to make it to clinical sessions. However, the thing about bringing a car to campus with you is that you have to move it after a big storm so the trucks can come in and plow the lots. Fortunately, I have been able to find a spot every time I have moved my car, but I wasn't expecting it to snow again so soon. We just got a storm a couple of days ago, got snow last night, and more snow is expected tomorrow. I guess that verifies that we live in VT! Spring Break

Hello everyone! Spring break is just a few days away and I couldn't be more excited to go back home. After finishing my midterm exams today and seeing the rest of the assignment still laid out in front of me, I need some time away from school. Self-care is definitely important and I should have probably done more of it this semester, but I have been swamped with work. When I heard nurses and other nursing students say that this was one of the hardest semesters, I thought it wouldn't be too bad, but I'm definitely feeling the workload right about now.
