Semester Almost Over

I can not believe how fast this month has gone by. It feels like just yesterday it was orientation week and now we only have two weeks left. When I think about everything I have learned, happened, and experienced these past few months it blows my mind. It feels like so much and so little time at the same point. We are all starting to prepare for our finals and hopefully, no one is too stressed out. I know for myself I will have to study a lot, be confident, and believe in myself. I bet we will all do great if we try our best. After this, we will have a break for a few weeks and be back soon after. It is all just happening so fast. And while it is a lot we all just keep going. Friday Clinical Day’s

Friday’s are clinical days! For the past few weeks I have had clinical on Friday’s at CVMC. I was supper scared to start this clinical but so far it has been great to finally get some experience. We have finally gotten to go into the hospital and be able to work with patients this year when we were not able to as much last year. It feels amazing to get to use the skills that me and all my classmates have learned over the past two years. It also helps to see what I am good at or what I am interested in doing in the future. I Miss Everyone

After three years you would think that I would be so much better at this being away from home thing, but I’m not. Being away from home, my mom, dad, brother, Freya, and Sara is still so hard. I still feel like I am missing so much while Fraya is growing so much. And while I know my brother is away at school having fun and growing as a young man, I miss him so much. It is crazy to think that so much time has already passed and that my baby brother is also away at college. I look forward to being able to see him in about two months and my parents during the parents' weekend.
